Courtyard by Marriott Syracuse Carrier Circle

Our flight was delayed 5 hours, so we didn't arrive until 4 am. The associate checking us in was lovely and helpful. Rooms were quiet, clean, dark, and the perfect sleeping temperature. We were glad to be staying so close to the airport (we had to take an Uber to the hotel and then Uber back the next day, because the rental car desk was closed).

The internet is terribly slow here, despite login on their "Enhanced Internet" But the breakfast here was one of the best I have seen all around the USA. Staff was courteous and everything else was as expected.

Stayed here as a place for softball with daughter, room was ok, there does not appear to be a bath vent in the bathroom and noted some mold growing where the wall meets the ceiling by the shower and the bodywash was empty. Was a bit disappointed there were no rooms for upgrade despite being able to book the room online and being a titanium member. Which has not been my experience at other properties

Passing through for work and stopped here for the night. They currently have renovations going on but rooms are still available. I got a new room and it was good. New mattress was a huge plus and the room overall was good. It’s a bit difficult to put stuff in the fridge with the cabinet door and refrigerator door opening different directions but it was fine for the night. Staff was friendly and explained how to get to my room clearly while navigating the renovation zones. Overall it was a good stay and will be back soon!!

I don’t often review hotels, but I’m still in the parking lot and wanted to give my praise before leaving. The staff here was absolutely the most friendly staff I’ve ever encountered in all of my hotel experiences. They went above and beyond to be super, super friendly and incredibly courteous and helpful. My room was very clean. And wait for it… The door opens for fresh air! This is something I have experienced since the late 90s in a hotel. The pool was clean and I had it all to myself. It’s quiet and a convenient location. I would highly recommend this hotel and all of its staff. Thank you so much for such a great experience.

Clean and quiet. Rooms are very nice. There is a free gym here. Breakfast isn’t free but they offer a paid breakfast and dinner. No complaints.

Conveniently located in Carrier Circle. Rooms are clean. I stayed in the King Suite and it provides ample space for work. There is a Ruby Tuesday’s that is a 2 minute walk away. There is a bar in the lobby that opens in the evening for a few hours. The rooms are clean. I did not notice noise, as some other reviews have mentioned.

I do enjoy staying at this hotel. The Bistro could definitely use some staffing attn. I have left without ordering because the Bistro attendant would disappear for over 20 min. Raven one of the front desk staff members that I have had the pleasure of meeting multiple times is ALWAYS GREAT. If this hotel could find several move staff members like Raven it would definitely be a better place to stay.
